Jubilee Hall
The Jubilee Hall committee wanted a website to advertise the hall and its facilities but they were also struggling to find a booking secretary to deal with the bookings.
By adding a calendar which shows all bookings and allows potential hirers to make a provisional booking online has meant that the process has been speeded up ten fold.
Before, it used to take a phone call to the booking secretary to find out if the desired dates were available. If they were out then you would have to leave an answerphone message and then wait for a reply.
Even when the provisional booking was made the secretary would probably get other people ringing up for the same dates as there was no way of publishing available dates quickly.


Bookings for the Jubilee Hall have increased by a huge amount since the website was launched.
One of our clients said it was the best booking system they'd seen.
